Scot Shandalove

Scot Shandalove is a seasoned professional in product creation and brand partnerships, currently serving as the VP of Product Creation - Licensing & Brand Partnerships at Complex NTWRK since February 2024. Previously held a similar role at NTWRK from November 2020 to May 2024, along with senior positions in product development and global sourcing. As the Founder and Creative Director of Matiere from March 2011 to November 2021, Scot designed private-label collections for top retailers. Additional experience includes roles at WeSC, Dragon Crowd Garment, tokidoki, Burton Snowboards, Strand, and Pacific Sunwear, showcasing expertise in apparel product management and development. Scot holds a BFA in Textile Design from The University of Kansas, obtained between 1992 and 1995.
