Mark has been involved in the specialty health care field for 25 years, serving as an operational leader and strategic developer for both payer and provider organizations, with a successful background of establishing specialty health start-up organizations and turnarounds. Mark has served as the CEO of ComplexCare Solutions, Inc. (CCS), since 2010. Prior to joining CCS, Mark led the turnaround of a behavioral health organization and was able to establish back-office administrative systems to support a national behavioral health care organization in 2006. In 1999, Mark started a managed behavioral health care organization in the public sector for Puerto Rico's privatized Medicaid program, accelerating revenue growth to more than $40 million in less than three years. In 1994, Mark led the development and operation of the largest managed mental health company in Georgia, which was acquired by Magellan Health Services in 1999. He also worked at Community Psychiatric Centers, where he was able to take a division of specialty hospitals from a loss and convert it into one of the most profitable regions for a national chain of hospitals.
