Bryan Koehler has over 20 years of experience in financial operations and management, with extensive international experience and sound financial and analytical skills. Bryan has held various executive roles, including CFO, Consulting CFO, EVP, and Corporate Controller. Some of the companies they worked for include Complia Health, Trackforce Valiant, Bay Dynamics, NetFortris, Certiport, Inc, Linux Networx, Inc, Altiris, Inc, Handspring Inc, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Their responsibilities included creating financial and operational departments, finding capital necessary to support operations, ensuring sound financial reporting, providing revenue guidance, leading IPO and M&A processes, and overseeing audits and tax work.

Bryan Koehler received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Brigham Young University from 1990 to 1998. During the same period, they also obtained a Master's degree in Accounting and Business Management from the same university. Bryan has obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from AICPA.
