Jen Robles

Jen Robles is currently the VP of Account Management at Complia Health. Jen has over four years of experience in customer success and account management. Prior to their current position, Jen was the Director of Client Success at LotVantage where they established the account management department and led the growth and management of the independent dealer-base. Jen has also worked as an Executive Account Manager at Suncoast Solutions for three years. In their current role, Jen is responsible for exceeding YOY client satisfaction, retention, and sales goals. Jen is also highly proficient at growing long-term strategic relationships among a large client base, including executive engagement. Jen’s success is driven by their ability to act with diplomacy, listen with open ears and without judgment, speak from the client seat, and keep their passion for client success at the core of everything they do.
