Aastha Bhasin

Aastha Bhasin has been working in the legal industry since 2016. Aastha started their career at Sagar Chandra & Associates as an Associate - Intellectual Property. In this role, they were responsible for advising both international and domestic clients on wide ranging IP issues. Her work focused on IP transactions, including due diligence and risk assessment on potential acquisitions, licensing negotiations, IP assignments and strategic IP portfolio management and development. In 2020, they joined Compliance.ai as a Legal & Product.

Aastha Bhasin completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Bharati Vidyapeeth between 2011 and 2016. Aastha then attended the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and obtained a Master of Laws - LLM in Media, Entertainment, Technology and Intellectual Property Laws in 2020. Before that, they attended Delhi Public School Noida. Aastha Bhasin obtained their Attorney certification from the State Bar of California in April 2022 and from the Bar Council of Delhi in March 2017.
