Matthew Baccari has extensive experience in both data management and culinary operations. Currently serving as a Data Technician at Compliance EnviroSystems, LLC since May 2016, Matthew specializes in reviewing, analyzing, and coding digital video for sewer infrastructure inspections, along with GIS analysis for location tracking. Prior to this role, Matthew held various culinary positions, including Executive Sous Chef at Embassy Suites and Executive Chef at The Falcon, where responsibilities encompassed kitchen operations and menu development. With degrees from The Culinary Institute of America in Business Management and Culinary Arts, Matthew brings a unique blend of technical and culinary expertise to the table.
