Dave Deluca

Dave DeLuca has extensive work experience in engineering and validation roles. Dave is currently the Director of Engineering & Validation at Compliance Group Inc, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Engineering Manager of Validation & Data Integrity at the same company from April 2021 to March 2023. Dave also worked as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Avedro, Inc. from March 2019 to May 2021. Before that, they were a Research and Development Engineer at Nordson MEDICAL from May 2017 to March 2019. Dave started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Mitralign Inc. from January 2016 to May 2017. Dave also gained experience as a Research and Development Engineer at Getinge from January 2013 to January 2016.

Dave DeLuca has a Bachelor's Degree in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Dave also holds a Master of Engineering (M.S.) degree in Plastics Engineering from the same university.
