Wesley F. Hunt

Wesley is the Founder and CEO of Compliance View 360, bringing more than seven years of legal, property management, and homeowner and condominium association board experience to this software-as-a-service company. Previously, Wesley was the Senior Manager of Developed Real Estate & HOAs for Pulte Group’s North Florida Division where he set up and served on the Board of Directors for 50+ Association and Community Development Districts; worked with seven different regional property management groups and their staff; and managed Pulte’s completed infrastructure and deficit funding budgets for all Pulte, Centex and Del Webb brand communities in the Orlando and Jacksonville markets. Before being recruited for his role at Pulte, Wesley was the Regional Manager for the North Florida Division of Evergreen Lifestyles Management where he was instrumental in growing its portfolio from 1 to 30+ communities in just over 3 years. Wesley has a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law and is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association. Wesley also has his Community Association Management License (LCAM), is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) via Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) and is a Licensed Commercial Drone Pilot and an unmanned aerial systems enthusiast.
