Danila Duarte is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance, governance, and accounting. Currently serving as CEO and Founder of DD Compliance since December 2019, Danila also holds key positions such as Coordinator of the Anti-Corruption and Compliance Committee at Rede Governança Brasil and Regional Coordinator of the Compliance Women Committee. Danila's volunteering role at the Observatório Social do Brasil involves training on ethical codes and implementing LGPD measures. Previous experience includes significant roles in accounting and compliance management across various organizations, including a managerial position at Sistemafieto where responsibilities encompassed compliance oversight and decision-making support. Danila holds degrees in Accounting and Finance, a Master's in Governance and Public Policies, and several specializations in auditing, control, and occupational safety.
