Elba Cerqueira is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in implementing and enhancing compliance programs across various sectors. Currently a member of the Compliance Women Committee since July 2023, Elba has played a pivotal role at Rodobens as a Senior Compliance Analyst since November 2020, focusing on privacy and data protection consistent with LGPD regulations. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Grant Thornton Brasil, Compliance Analyst at Andrade Gutierrez S.A., and leading the ISO 37001 certification at Estre Ambiental. Elba's proficiency extends to implementing governance platforms and conducting audits, evidenced by a strong foundation in internal investigations and fraud analysis from experiences at KPMG and Deloitte. Educational credentials include an MBA in Risk and Compliance Management from Trevisan Escola de Negócios and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Universidade Paulista.
