Michael Bower

As VP of Salesforce Alliance, Michael oversees ComplianceQuest’s operations, delivery and strategy of the EHS business unit. He brings over 25 years of experience delivering high technology projects and programs.

As a two-time founder of Salesforce partner businesses, he brings knowledge and experience in business and strategic planning, project management, systems development, systems integration, technical management, and business development.

Prior to joining ComplianceQuest, his background included founding Lifeguard Solutions, a Salesforce Appexchange partner in the EHSQ space, and founding Force Optimized, a Financial Services focused Salesforce Consulting partner. Prior to diving into the Salesforce ecosystem, Michael worked for 10+ years in the semiconductor space delivering engineering projects for KLA.

Michael has an MBA from Santa Clara University and a BA in History from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA.
