Before transitioning to technology, Paul served as a Senior Behavioural Therapist at CLIMB Centre for Learning, Integration and Managing Behaviour Ltd and as a Behavioural Therapist at CISCA Pty Ltd. Paul holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The University of Waikato and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from The University of Auckland, complemented by training from Dev Academy Aotearoa in 2019.
