Grace Libava

Grace Libava currently serves as the Head of Client Outreach at RIA in a Box, a COMPLY company, where responsibilities include managing outreach initiatives to enhance client engagement and facilitate communication related to regulatory updates. With a strong background in client advocacy, Grace previously provided personalized assistance to over 450 clients, leveraging Salesforce for interaction tracking and client education. Additional experience includes roles as a hostess and cashier at Pizzazz on the Circle, and internships focused on marketing and social media for the Ursuline Sisters of Cleveland and the Greater Cleveland Partnership. Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Communications and a minor in Psychology from Ursuline College.
