Justin Baltzer has a diverse professional background with experience in various roles related to management and operations across multiple organizations. Starting as the Karrer Middle School Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Dublin City Schools from February 2010 to February 2012, Justin transitioned into operations at D1 Sports Training and subsequently served as a Supervisor at Life Time - The Healthy Way of Life Company from June 2011 to June 2016. Following this, Justin held the position of Account Manager at LIFETIME FITNESS from June 2016 until May 2022, before taking on the role of Account Manager at RIA in a Box from April 2022 to February 2023.
