Shaq Mughal is responsible for engineering operations at Comply365. Ever since he built the company’s first iOS mobile app, Shaq has focused on delivering technically sound and scalable solutions while upholding the highest standards of quality. Working closely with the Product Team, Shaq aligns technical vision with product strategy to deliver unique, innovative solutions that solve the most pressing and pervasive market problems.

Prior to joining Comply365, Shaq led technical strategies for product development at executive levels in various industries including retail, education, and aerospace. He has successfully scaled technology companies from startup to growth and maturity phases, further delivering value by building strong, high-performing technical teams.

Shaq also holds a variety of certifications in IT, product management, and agile software delivery.
