Wayne Enis Mraes

Wayne Enis MRAeS serves as Chief Technology Officer at Comply365 since January 2024, following the merger with Vistair Systems, where Wayne held the same position since April 2020, focusing on technology solutions for the aviation industry's compliance and operational efficiency. Previously, Wayne was Chief Solutions Officer and Vice President at Flatirons Solutions®, overseeing corporate development and solution management in the Middle East, enhancing worker productivity and asset utilization. Wayne co-founded Conduce Group and served as Technical Director at Rusada, guiding technology strategies for aviation-related software and services. Additional roles include IT Manager at Oxford Aviation Services Limited and various positions in software development and engineering since 1989. Wayne earned an MBA from the University of Bradford in 2020.
