Lena Roger began their work experience in 2016 as a Marketing Consultant at Educative, Inc., where they worked until February 2018. In March 2018, they joined ComplyAdvantage as a Project Consultant, where they continue to work.

Lena Roger obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bangalore University. Lena attended the university from 2013 to 2016.
