Tony Cromer

Tony Cromer has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the automotive industry. Tony is currently working as a Product Specialist at ComplyAuto since November 2022. Prior to this, they were an Independent Executive Program Leader at Maxwell Leadership from April 2020.

Tony's previous experience includes working as a Dealer Sales Manager at Solera Auto Finance, where they established and expanded the company's market share throughout East Tennessee. Tony introduced innovative offerings for franchise and independent dealers to provide a seamless loan experience for customers.

Before that, Tony worked at Cox Automotive Inc. as a Manager Dealer Success from 2011 to March 2020. In this role, they led and oversaw new business development, strategic dealer acquisition, and the promotion and sale of complex digital media solutions. Tony consistently achieved company-required KPIs, goals, and revenue expectations.

Tony also gained experience at AutoTrader.com as a Product Specialist and Advertising Consultant. Tony managed all aspects of regional promotion, marketing, and proactive sale of product offerings. Tony also coached and trained sales teams and developed strategies in accordance with customer needs.

Earlier in their career, Tony held roles such as General Sales Manager at Steve Hotze Ford, Sales at Morristown Chevrolet, Finance Manager at Tennessee RV Sales & Service, and Sales Manager at Shelor Motor Mile.

Throughout their career, Tony has demonstrated exceptional leadership and communication skills while achieving outstanding sales and revenue goals.

Tony Cromer attended Ohio Christian University from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Practical Leadership. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1991, they studied at Virginia Tech, focusing on Architecture & Urban Studies. In addition to their formal education, Tony Cromer has also obtained certifications in YouthMAX (Youth Certification Edition) and The Maxwell DISC Method Certified Trainer from the John Maxwell Team in May 2020 and April 2020 respectively.
