Jens Duelund Højstrup

Jens Duelund Højstrup serves as the Chief Technology Officer at ComplyCloud since June 2023, focusing on scaling modern engineering practices and building high-performing teams to align product and technology efforts with business outcomes. Prior to this, Jens co-founded and held leadership roles at Forecast from 2016 to May 2023, emphasizing technology and integration strategy, and established scalable autonomous product teams. Jens also contributed as a freelance consultant at Nordea from 2012 to 2016, specializing in a significant transformation project, and gained early experience at IBM Danmark as a technical student and other roles. Jens holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Copenhagen, supplemented by study abroad experience in Information Technology at Bond University.
