Sofie Bleis

Sofie Bleis has worked in various roles since 2007. Sofie began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Teknik- og Miljøforvaltningen, Københavns Kommune in 2007. Sofie then moved to Dansk Sygeplejeråd as a Marketing Coordinator in 2008. In 2009, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Teknik- og Miljøforvaltningen, CTR. In 2010, they returned to Teknik- og Miljøforvaltningen, Københavns Kommune as an HR Business Partner and HR Development Consultant, and was responsible for organizational development, change management, leadership development, and communication. In 2020, they joined GroupM as an HR Business Partner and was the project lead on creating, designing, and optimizing different HR processes. In 2021, they moved to Too Good To Go as a People and Culture Manager. Currently, they are the Director of People and Culture at ComplyCloud.

Sofie Bleis obtained a OPTO certificering from Master Danmark, a Bachelor's degree in International business communication from Aarhus University, and a Bachelor's degree in PR, Communication, HRM from North Carolina State University. Sofie also completed a MasterClass in strategy, organization, and leadership from Probana Business School in 2016-2017. Lastly, they obtained a Process consultant certification from Probana Business School prior to 2016.
