Shahrokh Barati

Shahrokh Barati is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in innovation, technology, and consulting within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Global Head of NextGen Innovations & UX/UI at UBS, Shahrokh leads a global team focused on disruptive technologies and UX/UI design. Previous roles at UBS include Regional Head of Emerging Solutions UK and Director of Business Architecture, where Shahrokh delivered innovative AI, analytics, and blockchain solutions with a proven track record of client satisfaction. Prior to UBS, positions at Barclays involved enterprise architecture and project management in finance and risk technology. Shahrokh's career also includes roles as an Algorithmic Trading Analyst at Scivest Ltd and a System Analyst at Tessi Document Services.
