Justin Peskar has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Justin started their career as a Research & Development Intern at Phillips Plastics Corporation in 2001. Justin then moved on to become a Research Engineer at the same company in 2003, where they provided technical leadership and materials selection guidance for a US Army research project. During their time there, they also established and managed an analysis lab dedicated to materials research, conducted various research projects, and co-developed a patented injection molding method.

In 2009, Peskar joined 3M as a Process Development Engineer, where they worked until 2011. Justin then transitioned to Comply™ | Hearing Components, where they held various roles including Sr. Product Development Engineer, R&D Scrum Master, Lead Product Development Engineer, and currently serves as the Director of Engineering.
