Howard Baxter is an experienced professional with a robust background in risk management, KYC operations, and financial services. At Standard Bank Group, notable roles included Senior Manager of Country Risk and Director & Global Head of Operational Risk, where Howard established operational risk frameworks and engaged with regulatory bodies. Transitioning to Morgan Stanley, Howard spearheaded KYC operations transformation, and further established a KYC shared service at Efficient Frontiers International. As the Founder of Radical Edge, Howard successfully launched a profitable knife rental and sharpening business. Contributions at Refinitiv included directing a significant team in transforming KYC operations globally. Currently, Howard serves as Head of KYC Managed Services at Complyport, focusing on building robust client services and enhancing compliance measures. Academically, Howard holds a B.
