Partha Biswas

Partha Biswas has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Partha started their career as an Operations Manager/Engineering Officer at BOC Gases in 1991. Partha then worked at AkzoNobel in various leadership roles in Supply Chain, Operations, Strategic Planning, and Project Management from 1994 to 1998.

In 1998, they joined Sunrise Medical as Director of Global Applications and Project Management, and they worked there until 2007.

After Sunrise Medical, Partha joined Joerns Healthcare as VP, Chief Strategy Officer & Global CIO. Partha was responsible for Strategy, Corporate Performance Management, Key Customer Account Management, and Global Information Technology.

In 2011, they joined The Middleby Corporation as Group President/ Global Supply Chain/Technology. During their tenure, they led sales and EBITDA growth and turnaround of multiple divisions. Partha also served as Group President and led various divisions, including Star, Toastmaster, Holman, Lang, Wells & Bloomfield, Carter-Hoffmann, CookTek, Nu-Vu, Doyon, Celfrost, Spooner Vicars and Middleby India. In addition, they led the company's Global Supply Chain function and delivered over $60 million in profitability improvement through material and logistics cost savings.

Currently, Partha is the Chief Executive Officer at Component Hardware Group, starting in 2018.

Partha Biswas holds an MBA in Management from Colorado State University. Prior to that, they completed their B. Tech (Honors) in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. In addition to their degrees, Partha has also obtained certifications in Business Strategy: Competitive Advantage from The Wharton School and PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute in 2002.
