Pim Z.

Pim Z. has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the European region. Pim started their career as an Officer in the Royal Netherlands Air Force from 1991 to 1995. Pim then worked as the European Sales & Marketing Manager at Thermaflex from 1995 to 2000. After that, Pim Z. served as the Marketing Manager Europe at Armacell GmbH, where they successfully managed product development and implemented innovative product launches. From 2003 to 2006, they worked at Johnson Controls as the Strategic Accounts Manager for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. Pim then served as the General Manager of Building Service Benelux, where they managed a team of 200 people and achieved significant growth and profitability improvements. Pim Z. later joined Johnson Controls as the Regional Director for Europe, overseeing the Central Region and implementing sales enhancement initiatives. Pim'smost recent role was as the Managing Director for Europe at Component Hardware Group.

Pim Z. attended HBO University from 1986 to 1994. During this time, they focused on studying Chemical Engineering, Sales & Marketing. Pim Z. then enrolled in Huthwaite in 2008, where they completed a program called SPIN. This program specialized in Coaching & Selling Skills.
