Francois Terrade

Global Head of Structuring at Demica

Francois Terrade is the current Global Head of Structuring at Demica. Prior to this, they were Managing Director - Cross Border Receivables Financing at GE Capital from January 2010 to November 2015. In this role, they were responsible for sales strategy definition and promotion & development of cross-border receivables financing for corporates with Financial advisors, Private equity funds and corporates across Europe. Francois also coordinated Pan European activities of GE Capital Structured Finance teams in France, Germany, UK and Italy.

From September 2005 to September 2010, Francois Terrade was Large Corporates Director - GE Factofrance at GE Commercial Finance. In this role, they structured large domestic and Pan European Trade Receivables financing transactions and managed the portfolios of these transactions.

Prior to joining GE Commercial Finance, Francois Terrade was Director Securitisation - Debt Capital Markets at SGCIB from October 1992 to September 2005.

Francois Terrade has a MBA in Finance from Cass Business School, a BA in Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University, and a Bachelor of Arts in European Business Studies from TBS Education.

Their manager is Matt Wreford, CEO. They are on a team with Angel G. Blanco - Managing Director, Head of Platform Solutions, Azar Iqbal - VP, Infrastructure, and Ann-Marie Benson - Head of Customer Success & Middle Office.
