Steve Fiederer

Steve Fiederer has extensive experience in management roles within the manufacturing and aerospace industries. Currently serving as Shift Supervisor and Aerospace Supervisor at Component Repair Technologies since July 2010, Steve previously held the position of Plant Manager at Snap-Rite Manufacturing from 2001 to 2010, and earlier at Burton Industries from 1998 to 2001 and Burton Hydraulics from 1988 to 1996. Steve began a career trajectory in quality management as Quality Control Manager at Burton Industries Inc. from 1983 to 1988. Educationally, Steve Fiederer earned two Associate degrees in Business Management and Quality Assurance Technology from the Applied Technology Institute from 1985 to 1987.
