Rudy Crous

Rudy Crous began their career in 2004 as a Works Officer for Telstra Pty Ltd. In 2006, they became a Recruitment and Selection Specialist for Mater Hospital. In 2007, they were an Organisational Psychologist Consultant for Assure Programs Business. From 2008 to 2011, Rudy worked for Competence Assurance Solutions Ltd (CAS) as a Senior Organisational Psychologist and Queensland Health as a Change Lead and Change Advisor. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Founder and Organisational Psychologist for INTUS Group. In 2015, Rudy became a Co-Founder of Compono, where they work to build a satisfying and rewarding career for employees and companies.

Rudy Crous has a comprehensive education history from The University of Queensland. Rudy has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Bachelor in Business Management (Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations), a Masters in Organisational Psychology, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD Candidate) in Organisational Psychology (Safety Culture). Additionally, Rudy has certifications in EQi-2.0 Emotional Intelligence, Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Neuro-Linguistic programming (NLP) Practitioner, Prince II Project Management, and Team Management Systems (TMS).
