Juana Gatti

Juana Gatti is a seasoned professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as a People Experience Partner at Tabby since May 2024, where responsibilities include managing the entire employee lifecycle and coordinating employee relocation. Prior experience includes roles as an EMEA People Operations Specialist at Bumble Inc., a Human Resources Generalist at Composable Finance, and a Senior Office Manager at Glovo, demonstrating expertise in employee engagement, onboarding, and HR technology implementation. Juana also held previous positions at N26, Regus, and gained initial experience as an intern at Hospital Bernardino Rivadavia, contributing to research in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Juana holds a Master’s degree in Digital Talent Management from Nuclio Digital School and a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universidad del Salvador, along with various HR certifications and a B2 First certification in English language.
