Brian Hughes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial management and advisory roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Brian serves as a Board and Audit Committee Member at Resolute Holdings, Crumdale Specialty, and CompoSecure, while also acting as the Audit Committee Chair for Bentley Systems and Innovid. In addition, Brian holds positions as a Senior Advisor to the CFO at Amplify and Gopuff, and an AV Expert with Alumni Ventures. Brian's previous leadership role as National Private Markets Group Leader at KPMG has contributed to a robust career that began with an MBA and BS in Economics from The Wharton School.
