Gerrard Schmid is a seasoned corporate director, CEO, and executive coach with extensive global experience in public and private equity markets. Currently serving as the Founder of Emerald Ridge, Gerrard provides coaching and support to CEOs and executive leaders, while also collaborating with investors to unlock value creation. Previously, Gerrard held several leadership roles at D+H and served as Chair of the Board at Luminator Technology Group. Gerrard is also an active board member at Computershare and Ingenico, demonstrating a strong commitment to technology and operational excellence. Gerrard holds a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.
