Donald Belock

Donald Belock has a diverse work experience in the chemical and composites industry. Donald began their career at Eastman Kodak as a Co-op Engineer, focusing on industrial wastewater systems, film drying, and metal recovery operations. Donald then joined Union Carbide as a Distribution Engineer, responsible for budget planning, environmental coordination, and capital improvement projects.

Belock then joined Ashland Distribution Company, where they held various leadership roles in operations and sales. Donald was the Global Sourcing Director for the composites division, developing a balanced supplier portfolio and implementing a global sourcing strategy. Donald also served as the Director of Sales - Composites, overseeing sales strategies, market needs assessment, and business growth initiatives.

Belock continued their career at Nexeo Solutions LLC and its predecessor Ashland Distribution. As the Vice President of Composites Marketing, they played a key role in shaping the marketing strategies for the composites division. Later, they became the Director of Sales - Composites, leading a large sales team across the US and Canada, focused on delivering value to customers, suppliers, and shareholders.

Currently, Belock works at Composites One as the General Manager for Eastern Canada and previously served as the Regional Sales Manager for the Ohio Valley region. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing sales and operations, developing business strategies, and driving market growth in the composites industry.

Donald Belock earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University in 1987. Donald also completed the Ashland Executive Development Program at Indiana University, Kelly School of Business, and the Ashland Marketing Program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
