Kim Schlepp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in creative and project management. Currently serving as Principal and President at Composure since October 2004, Kim oversees operations and leads various creative initiatives. Previous roles include Project Manager at VivaColor from 1999 to 2004, Art Director at Bristol Advertising from 1997 to 1999, and Designer at both Bliss Communications and PL Publications between 1994 and 1997. Educational background includes a BA in Journalism, English-Writing, Graphic Design, and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, completed in 1995. Kim graduated from Elkhorn Area High School in 1989.
