Tammy Lillie

Tammy Lillie is a Non Executive Director at Compound Semiconductor Applications (CSA) Catapult and a Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows. Prior to their current roles, Tammy served as the Chief People Officer at Met Office, Director at People Engineering Ltd, and held various leadership positions in talent and learning at companies such as Dialog Semiconductor and Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc. Tammy holds a MSc in Environmental Engineering from Imperial College London and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from UCL, among other educational qualifications.
