Paul Hilsen

Paul Hilsen has a long career history, beginning with a Solar Engineer Intern position at Despatch Industries in 2010. Paul then moved on to a Mechanical Engineering Intern position at ev3 in 2011, followed by a Research Assistant position at the Solar Energy Laboratory at the University of Minnesota in the same year. In 2012, they were a Mechanical Design Engineer at Banner Engineering, and in 2013 they were a Researcher at the University of Minnesota. In 2015, they were an Intel Analyst at the Minnesota National Guard, and also Co-Founder and Engineer at Novy Media. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Senior Consultant at Concord, and they currently hold the position of Managing Partner at Compoze Labs, since 2019. Paul also serves as an Advisory Board Member at Edgevanta since 2022.

Paul Hilsen has a varied educational background. Paul completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota between 2007 and 2012. Paul then returned to the University of Minnesota and completed a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering between 2014 and 2015. Paul is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and is expected to complete the program in 2023.
