Lindsay Vella is currently the Head of Finance Operations at Munich Re of Malta p.l.c, a position held since 2022. Prior to this, Lindsay served as the Head of Finance at Compre Group from 2021 to 2022 and held various roles including Head of Group Reporting and Financial Accountant at London & Leith Insurance PCC SE. Lindsay also gained significant experience as a Senior Audit Associate in the insurance industry at PwC from 2012 to 2018. Lindsay completed an Accountancy Degree with ACCA and obtained a Diploma in Insurance Accounting & Auditing from MITC, along with an Accounting qualification from De La Salle College Sixth Form.
