Takara Rooks-Poteat LMHC is an experienced mental health professional specializing in fertility and behavioral health. Currently serving as a Fertility Specialist at FC since April 2013, Rooks-Poteat focuses on the Mind/Body program, addressing the interplay of physical, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of fertility. Additionally, Rooks-Poteat has been an In-Home Clinician at Comprehensive Behavioral Healthcare, Inc since September 2008, providing tailored therapy services. Previous roles include serving as a Clinician at Family Connections from November 2008 to August 2013 and as a Youth Development Specialist at the NYC Department of Education from 2005 to 2008, where innovative strategies for youth development were designed and promoted.
