Stuart Hill

Stuart Hill began their professional career in 1981 as a Senior at Ernst & Young. In 1985, they moved to Seprin Management Group as Vice President. In 1986, they became a Partner at Bargelt Management Group, a private equity and consulting firm. From 1988 to 2002, they were President and Founder of Comprehensive Business Systems, a systems consulting firm providing Managed Services and consulting for small to medium sized companies. During this time, they also served as General Manager and Director for Exact Software North America. In 2008, they became President & CEO of MW Equity, Inc. and has since focused on startups and distressed businesses.

Stuart Hill attended The Wharton School from 1978 to 1982 and obtained a BS in Economics with a focus in Finance, Accounting, and Decision Science. Stuart also attended the University of Pennsylvania, though no degree was obtained. Stuart holds a Certified Public Accountant certification from Florida.
