The Comprehensive Center for Brain Health at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine is a research and clinical unit in the Department of Neurology. The Vision of the Program is to provide comprehensive clinical care, conduct cutting edge research, and offer outstanding educational, training, and outreach programs on healthy brain aging and neurodegenerative disease.

Our mission is to better understand how the aging brain works and design treatments and prevention plans that will result in longer, better lives. Our transdisciplinary approach to clinical research, clinical care, education and training and community outreach can make a significant positive impact on the lives of individuals and families living in South Florida and beyond.

The Clinical Research Team at the Comprehensive Center for Brain Health manages and conducts clinical trials focused on brain aging and neurodegenerative diseases. They coordinate patient recruitment, oversee study protocols, administer treatments, collect and analyze data, and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Their efforts contribute to advancing scientific knowledge and developing new therapies to improve brain health.
