Jen Pennypacker

Jen Pennypacker has extensive experience in various roles related to business development, marketing, event services, community relations, and project development. Jen currently holds the position of Senior Director of Business Development & Marketing at Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. Previously, they worked at SeaWorld Parks & Resorts Orlando as the Director of Event Services and Manager of Community Relations and Employee Engagement. Before that, they served as the Director of Marketing at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. Additionally, they held the role of Director of Project Development at both the Metro Orlando Film & Entertainment Commission and Metro Orlando EDC. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Production Supervisor at Showtime Networks.

Jen Pennypacker attended Lake Highland Prep from 1984 to 1992, but did not receive a degree or specific field of study during that time. Jen then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at Clemson University from 1992 to 1996.
