Samantha Tilton

Samantha Tilton (Izat) currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) since March 2022, focusing on advancing care in the post-acute space through strategic collaboration and support for clinicians. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Clinical Operations at CRC and Nurse Practitioner positions at Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center and Weill Cornell Medicine, where significant contributions were made in the management of patients with spinal cord injuries and the development of new clinical programs. Education includes a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing, both from West Virginia University.
