Sarah Cameron

Sarah Cameron, LCSW, is an experienced leader in the field of social work and care management, currently serving as Vice President of Care Transitions at Comprehensive Rehab Consultants since January 2024. Previously, Sarah held multiple leadership roles at TimeDoc Health, including Vice President of Clinical Strategy and Care Management, as well as Senior Director of Care Management. Prior experience includes positions at VillageMD, Carminati Consulting, Inc., and Community Health Solutions of America, where Sarah demonstrated expertise in clinical management and care coordination. Early career roles include Child Welfare Specialist at Lawrence Hall and various social work internships. Sarah holds a Master of Social Work from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a focus on Human Relations from the University of Iowa.
