Karim Pabani has extensive work experience in various roles in marketing, communications, and account management. Karim is currently working as a Senior Digital AM Consultant at Comprend since July 2021. Before that, they served as a Senior Account Manager at Emperor from November 2020 to June 2021. In Superunion, they held the positions of Senior Account Manager from January 2020 to September 2020 and Account Manager from January 2018 to January 2020, where they worked with FTSE 100 clients in corporate communications and managed projects, budgets, and client relationships.

Karim's early career includes roles as an Account Executive at H2 Central Marketing & Communications from January 2014 to May 2015, a Junior Product Analyst and Marketing Intern at NexGen Financial from September 2013 to December 2013, a Marketing & Communications Intern in Facilities Management at Dalhousie University from May 2012 to August 2012, and a Communications Intern at PCL Construction from September 2011 to December 2011. Karim also worked as an Events and Special Projects Assistant at Dalhousie University from January 2011 to April 2011, where they assisted in event planning and execution. Through these roles, Karim developed skills in marketing strategy, client management, project coordination, and communications.

Karim Pabani completed their high school education at Upper Canada College from 1999 to 2009, earning their HS Diploma. Subsequently, they attended Dalhousie University from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued a degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm).
