Clayton Whitehead has a diverse background in finance and management. Clayton started their career as a Senior Consultant at IBM Global Services, where they focused on business transformation. Clayton then held roles as CFO, CIO, and CRO at Flintlock Faroy / Home Fragrance Holdings and Hi-Port, where they successfully led work-out and turn-around efforts. Clayton also served as CFO at the Realm.com and Source One Spares before becoming a Partner at Tatum Partners. At Tarkett, Clayton was the VP of Finance for the North America Commercial Division, where they played a key role in the acquisition and restructuring of the organization. Clayton later joined Integrated Consulting Services as the Managing Director, overseeing the successful sale of a multi-division international oil field client and implementing a new ERP solution. Currently, Clayton is the Corporate Controller at CECO Pipeline Services. Clayton Whitehead has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained between the years 1974 and 1979. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Houston Christian University between 1983 and 1985. Additionally, Clayton has obtained several certifications, including Certified Public Accountant from the State of Texas and certifications in PMI Methodology, Project Management, and WISSDOM Methodology from IBM.
