Chelsey Terek

Chelsey Terek has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Chelsey started their career at Target in 2005 as a Senior Sales Floor Team Lead and worked there until 2014. In 2010, they briefly worked as an Events Assistant at The Ranch. Chelsey then joined Gunther Douglas in 2014 as a Recruiter, where they sourced and evaluated candidates, formatted resumes, and managed the recruitment database. Gunther Douglas was later acquired by Compri Consulting in 2017, and Chelsey continued their recruitment career at Compri Consulting as a Technical Recruiter. In this role, they sourced, screened, and evaluated candidates for various positions, coordinated interviews, created offer letters, and maintained relationships with candidates and consultants. Chelsey also posted job openings, attended career fairs and client sites, and provided support to the recruiting, sales, and finance team.

Chelsey Terek completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Colorado State University, attending from 2007 to 2011.
