Tom Tran

Tom Tran, CSP, CHMM, is a seasoned professional in environmental health and safety with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief Technical Advisor at Safer Work since August 2019, Tran specializes in customizable digital signage solutions to enhance PPE compliance and worker safety through advanced AI technologies. In addition, Tran holds the role of Senior Consultant at CompScience, where the focus is on automating EH&S inspections using AI and CCTV. As an OSHA Outreach Trainer at the OSHA Training Institute Education Center, Tran provides federal and state compliance training for the general industry. Additional roles include Principal Consultant at Life Cycle Consultants and Council Member at Gerson Lehrman Group, along with prior positions in EH&S management at prominent companies such as Cardinal Health and L-3 Electron Devices. Tom Tran holds a BS in Environmental and Resource Sciences from the University of California, Davis.
