Kenny Zuckerberg is an experienced professional in learning and organizational excellence, currently serving as the Vice President of Learning & Organizational Excellence at ComPsych since May 2007. In this role, Kenny leads the development of learning solutions that address significant business challenges, focusing on areas such as organizational restructuring and crisis management. Prior to ComPsych, Kenny held the position of Director of Client Training and Consulting at Eli Lilly and Company from October 2001 to May 2007, where responsibilities included managing a team that crafted training programs for sales professionals across over 20 countries. Earlier career experience includes a role as Manager and Consultant in Change Management at Accenture from July 1995 to October 2001, where Kenny managed training initiatives during organizational changes. Kenny is an alumnus of Cornell University.
