Richard Chaifetz is the Founder and Executive Chairman of ComPsych, a position held since 1984, where Richard also served as Chairman and CEO. In addition, Richard founded and chairs the Chaifetz Group since 2011. Richard holds a Doctor of Psychology degree from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, Chicago Campus, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Louis University.
