Arjun Mandal

Arjun Mandal has extensive experience in research within the semiconductor field, currently serving as a Researcher at Comptek Solutions Oy since March 2018, where responsibilities include developing ultra high vacuum plasma cleaning and passivation techniques for III-V compound semiconductor devices. Previous roles include Temporary Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, focusing on supervising graduate students in molecular beam epitaxy, and Research Associate positions at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Jeonbuk National University, involved in advanced Quantum Cascade Laser development and growth of quantum dots for LED applications, respectively. Arjun Mandal holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, complemented by an MTech from the University of Calcutta and a BE from The University of Burdwan.
