Blythe Girnus

Vice President, Training Delivery at CompTIA

Blythe Girnus has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Blythe started their career as an Administrative Assistant at the American Association of Endodontists from 1998 to 2000. Following this, they joined CompTIA in 2000 as an Executive Assistant, where they were the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external constituencies. Blythe later moved on to roles such as Manager of Member Services/Marketing, Senior Manager of Member Education, Director of Education and Events, and Director of Learning Product Management. In their most recent roles at CompTIA, Blythe served as the Senior Director of Program Delivery and Vice President of Training Delivery. Throughout their career, Blythe has displayed expertise in managing training and education programs, recruiting and developing talent, and implementing effective marketing and promotional campaigns for member services and products.

Blythe Girnus obtained a Master of Science - MS degree in Learning Technologies and Design from the University of Missouri-Columbia in the years 2018 to 2021. Before that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Lewis University. Blythe Girnus also holds additional certifications, including a Graduate Certificate in Online Educator from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Biomedical/SBR certificate from the CITI Program, and a Certificate in Instructional Design from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Blythe also obtained a CompTIA Executive Certificate in Financial Management from CompTIA.
